Marriage Legalization and Signature at My Office:
This service is perfect for couples seeking a straightforward and efficient way to legalize their union. You and your partner come to my office with the necessary marriage license, and we'll complete the required signatures to make your marriage official. While this option doesn't include a formal ceremony, I can add a personal touch to make the moment special. It's an excellent choice for those desiring a simple and intimate experience.
Marriage Legalization and Signature at Your Chosen Location (Mobile Service):
Understanding the importance of convenience and personal significance, I offer a mobile service where I travel to your preferred location—be it your home, a picturesque park, or any venue meaningful to you. We'll handle the signing and legalization of your marriage license on-site, combining legal formalities with the comfort and significance of your chosen setting.
Marriage Ceremony at Your Event (Including Legalization and Signatures):
For couples envisioning a full ceremony surrounded by family and friends, this service encompasses everything you need. I will officiate your wedding ceremony at your selected venue, ensuring it reflects your unique style and traditions. Following the ceremony, we'll complete all necessary legalities, including the signing and legalization of your marriage license. This option ensures your marriage is both a legally binding contract and a cherished celebration.
Ready to say “I do”?

In all services, I ensure compliance with Kentucky's legal requirements to guarantee your marriage is officially recognized. My goal is to provide a personalized experience tailored to your needs, making your special day both seamless and memorable.
Marriage licenses in Kentucky are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and must be obtained prior to the ceremony. Both parties must appear together to apply for the license, and acceptable forms of identification include a driver's license, state-issued ID, or passport. There is no waiting period, and no blood tests are required. For more information, please refer to the Jefferson County Clerk's Office.
